MIAMI - Dec. 26, 2019 - Criminal defense attorneys Diego Traibel and Abigail Fleming successfully represented an individual charged with a domestic battery by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office Domestic Violence Division (Case No. M19027984).
After a thorough investigation and effective lawyering, the Traibel Fleming Criminal Defense Team was able to obtain the dismissal of criminal charges by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.
Standing outside the Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse, criminal defense attorney Diego Traibel said, "The State should have never brought these charges. Their case rested on fabricated allegations. My client has always been innocent and today we proved it in Court."
Diego Traibel is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to Traibel Fleming, Diego Traibel served in the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office as a Certified Legal Intern where he acquired valuable trial experience and insight on prosecutors' tactics.
