December 14, 2019 - Wendi L. Dumbroff, MA, LPC, gave a presentation on Mindfulness on Tuesday, December 10th at the Verona Community Center located at 880 Bloomfield Avenue in Verona. This event was hosted by the United Way Caregivers Coalition.
According to Dumbroff, “Caregivers, by the very nature of their work, deal with an extreme amount of stress. Mindfulness is a tool which can help them better manage that stress in a healthy way.”

Wendi L. Dumbroff is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Madison, NJ, where she specializes in individual, family, couples, and sex therapy. She is a highly trained couple and sex therapist who provides a safe, non-judgmental and sex-positive environment.
