Starting with an iconic 21,000 sq ft historic building that had fallen in disrepair, the team constructed a dynamic new restaurant that utilizes total scratch cooking and local ingredients. The all-star Veritas team is led by Emmanuel Saintin as Director of Operations, who hails from France's famed Ritz Escoffier School, as well as several three Michelin starred restaurants.
The exceptional modern American cuisine focuses on fresh regional seafood, in house dry-aged steaks, and authentic sushi, accompanied by their own freshly baked bread and singular desserts. The Veritas bar crafts both unique and traditional cocktails and features a variety of boutique wines.
In addition to a main dining area, there are a variety of private event spaces to reserve for parties of any size. Veritas frequently hosts in-house events such as live music, charity fundraisers and ticketed parties.
