LUXEMBOURG - Nov. 28, 2019 - Alter Domus, a fully integrated Fund and Corporate services provider, is pleased to announce that as of 20 November 2019, Alter Domus Group has been awarded ISO 22301 certification. Accredited by the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), this certification demonstrates that Alter Domus meets the requirements set out by the International Standards Organisation pertaining to Business Continuity Management (BCM) - a company's ability to maintain critical operations at an acceptable level of service to its clients in the event of a major disruption to its usual working practices at one or more locations.

ISO 22301 is a management systems standard for BCM which can be used by organisations of all sizes and types. The certification demonstrates to legislators, regulators, clients, prospective clients and other interested parties that Alter Domus adheres to good practise in BCM. ISO 22301 also enables the business continuity manager to show top management that a recognised standard has been achieved.

The Alter Domus Group's Business Continuity Management process has been implemented and successfully structured to be eligible for ISO certification by Gianni Ragni, Group BC Head under the oversight of Stephane Bourg, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. The requirement for ISO certification has been identified at Alter Domus as a signal to our clients, both existing and prospective, that Alter Domus is fully capable of providing continuous support and service, a factor that is ranked very highly amongst clients requirements.

This certification that Alter Domus has received covers its headquarters in Luxembourg as well as 20 other offices across 17 countries in both the EMEA and APAC regions. Alter Domus is the first company of its kind to receive this accreditation in Luxembourg. Alter Domus's continued adherence to this standard will be assessed annually.
