GOLDEN, Colo. - Nov. 15, 2019 - The Pipeline Association for Public Awareness would like to announce their participation in the Global Excavation Safety Conference in 2021.
The Pipeline Association for Public Awareness (PAPA) promotes open communication and cooperation with local organizations to enhance public safety, improve emergency preparedness, protect the environment and prevent damage to property and facilities. The Association has over 350 member companies operating gathering, transmission, and distribution pipeline facilities in 39 states.
Jeff Farrells, PAPA's Executive Director, says, "That in order to keep striving to find even better ways to education contractors, public officials, and emergency responders PAPA will participate in the 2021 Global Excavation Safety Conference." Mr. Farrells says, "PAPA members will be participating in round table discussions, educational sessions, as well at the Pipeline Safety & Awareness Summit." PAPA will also have a booth in the Expo in order to learn from professionals from around the world.
The Global Excavation Safety Conference attracted more than 1,600 people from 13 counties this year and over 23,000 attendees since the Excavation Safety Conference began in 2004. This is the largest damage prevention and excavation safety conference in the world, and the 18th Conference will take place on March 23-25th 2021 in Tampa, Florida.
