Google is a well-known brand for its mobile operating system, and with the release of Google Pixel 4 XL – it aims to storm the world in mobile phones. But is it worth paying close to 1,000 USD for it? Read on to find out.

Google Pixel 4 is said to be one expensive smartphone with a couple of flaws. Small storage, dual primary camera (four primary cameras becoming the mainstream), and smallish battery capacity are some of its grouses by consumers.

Just a browse through the Pixel 4 XL specs and compare it with its smaller sibling, and you find there are a few upgrades . As per its XL name, it now comes with a slightly larger 6.3-inch P-OLED screen size. Not only does the screen get a nice boost, but the resolution has also been upgraded to Quad HD. The change ensures more screen real estate and viewing pleasure as you stare at the screen for long hours.

With everything else similar, there’s the upsize in battery capacity with an increase of 900 mAh or more than 32% . This does help in powering up the Pixel 4 XL for a day or two in between charging.

Conclusion:

Google Pixel 4 XL improves slightly on the previous issues that were found in its smaller sibling – but at a cost.

Google Pixel 4 XL had just been released in October 2019 for a price tag of 899 USD for the 64GB storage variant and 999 USD for the 128GB storage variant. It comes in three different colours: Clearly White, Just Black and Oh So Orange.
