Just a glance over the Moto G8 Plus specs, and you can already see how things have changed. There’s a lot of upgrades happening, and the most important of all is on its impressive price tag.

Starting with its larger 6.36-inch Full HD+ LTPS IPS screen, we now get more screen estate and can see more stuff on it. The splash resistant feature is handy, particularly during the rainy season and if you are out and about actively going through your hectic lifestyle.

Under the hood of the Moto G8 Plus is also now much better, thanks to the Snapdragon 665 chipset paired with a speedy Kryo octa-core processor, good graphics and 4GB RAM. Very good in the mid-range segment, fast enough for all your daily apps and games.

One of the great reason to get the Moto G8 Plus is on its camera side of things. It now comes blessed with the amazing 48MP+16MP+5MP triple primary camera setup. All your pictures will look great and very highly detailed. Not only that, but the 25MP selfie camera will also satisfy all your selfie cravings, so you can upload and show off in your favourite social media platform.

In terms of storage, there’s only one option available with the 64GB internal storage. Should you need more space, pop in a microSD card, and you are all set to go all the way up to an additional of 512GB.

Finally, the battery capacity also gets a 33% upgrade with the Moto G8 Plus now at 4000 mAh. This means that it can easily last for at least two days or more if you are a casual user.

Conclusion:

Motorola Moto G8 Plus is an improved version compared to its predecessor. Heeding the calls by fans and the fierce competition in the mid-range category, it is nice to see them pushing the price down while still delivering great value to all of us.
