DeliTruff is active in design, manufacturing, packaging and distribution of specialized chocolate truffles. They market their own brands of truffles and offers private label production and packing for other chocolate producers and distributors. DeliTruff sells directly via distributors and agents in Europe and Asia and to other chocolate brands.

They successfully managed the entire process including documentation, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiations.
