The function is not limited to receipts, but also covers invoices, quotations, reservation information, and more. Users are able to fully personalise these digital documents using the custom template feature, and send them directly to their customers or suppliers from the Tillpoint platform with no need for additional software.
The feature enables businesses to eliminate their need for paper, shrinking office expenses for supplies and helping to reduce their overall carbon footprint and the associated environmental costs. Digital receipts sent through Tillpoint will be automatically saved to the customer, staff, or supplier account as a memo, facilitating easy management of digital communication.
Sending information digitally exists throughout the Tillpoint platform. Users can log all expenses, including those for office supplies, in the Accounting module, which provides detailed journals on all parts of the business that can be exported and sent electronically to the business's accountant.
Tillpoint is available to download for free on the App Store worldwide and is free to use for 30 days while trialling any subscription plan. Requires iOS 8 or later and the newer iPad models are recommended for optimal performance.
