PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Sept. 17, 2019 - Drink craft beer and help those in need. The Treasure Coast BrewMasters Charitable Foundation serves more than craft beer at TC Brew Fest this Veteran's Day weekend on Saturday, Nov. 9 at Tradition Square.
On the day of the event attendees can sample more than 300 craft brews from more than 60 breweries. Tickets are $35 in advance and $45 at the gate. In addition to craft beer tasting, guests can sip wine, dine al fresco food truck style, and enjoy live music provided by The Mona Lisa Tribe and The String Assassins. All guests who aren't sampling beer and wine can attend for free. Guests tasting beer or wine must be over 21 to drink.
"For the first time in our 12 years, we are also offering attendees the chance to sample craft cocktails provided by Bottom's Up Public House," said Katey Bourgeois, board member of the Treasure Coast BrewMasters Charitable Foundation. "We are also proud to announce that the Treasure Coast BrewMasters are hosting our first ever AHA/BJCP sanctioned homebrew competition. The winner will be announced on the day of TC Brew Fest and will have the opportunity to brew that winning beer with our homebrew competition sponsor, HopLife Brewing."
"This year's Treasure Coast Brew Fest will benefit Molly's House, Operation 300, and the Angler Action Foundation. To date, this beer fest has donated nearly $100,000 to local nonprofits," said John Beard, President of the Treasure Coast BrewMasters Charitable Foundation. "This event can give because of our generous beer distributors JJ Taylor, Southern Eagle, and Brown Distributing as well as because of our sponsors that include MBA Productions Corp., N2 Architecture and Design, HopCat, Bourgeois Real Estate Group, Vine and Barley Stuart, Castaways Gastropub, UBU Brands, Coast 101.3, Tavola Pizza, Pirate Radio of the Treasure Coast, Braswell Bail Bonds, O'Donnell Impact Windows, NisAir, Marine Bank & Trust, Bottom's Up Public House, Arrow Title Services, and Sailfish Insurance Group."
