LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Sept. 16, 2019 - Alter Domus, a fully integrated Fund and Corporate services provider, today announces that Andrew Cherry has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Alter Domus Group. Andrew will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Aidan Connolly and also become a member of the Group Executive Board.
Andrew has more than 20 years of CFO experience, spanning Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate, Hospitality and Manufacturing. He has spent eight years at PE-backed companies, eight years at listed companies and four years in private companies. He specialises in high growth situations and has lived and worked in the UK, Germany, USA, Jamaica, Malaysia, Venezuela and Spain.
Andrew joins Alter Domus from Salamanca Group / Funding Affordable Homes, where, as Chief Financial Officer, he oversaw a wide-ranging transformation of a group comprising banking, fund administration, fund management, corporate advisory and real estate activities. He has also been Chief Financial Officer at GoIndustry, Cable & Wireless Jamaica, SpinVox and Volex.
Andrew holds a degree in Physics from the University of Sheffield, an MBA from Kellogg Business School in Chicago, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, originally qualifying with PwC.
