Fagan was most recently a Senior Vice President at government technology vendor ManTech, where he also acted as a General Manager of the company's Federal Civil Government and Health business unit.

At Amida, Fagan is responsible for driving profitable growth and leading the services, sales, and finance, and operations teams. He brings over 15 years of executive-level experience in the government IT services sector. His career has primarily focused on providing value to customers through innovative solutions and operational excellence.
