AGAWAM, Mass. - Aug. 18, 2019 - Six Flags New England Customer Service is the worst in my opinion. About a month ago my teen daughter visited the park with her friends and dropped her two month old iPhone XR off the Superman ride. She knew exactly where she had dropped it and promptly notified the staff! At that point they directed her to go to the lost and found office within the park. They explained to her the policy and how to file the report. The parks policy is to NEVER go looking for it! If they stumble across it then great they will reach out to us!!
I guess they still have not stumbled across it, all they can do is quote to me park policy!! I have called about six or seven times and the teenagers working the phone provide me with a different reason why they have not found it.
In comparison when I lost a pair of sunglass at Disney World on a ride (Pirates of the Caribbean) I had them the next day, the staff checks at the end of every night for lost items.
What a difference!
