MONTVALE, N.J. - Aug. 14, 2019 - The American Association of Bariatric Counselors (AABC) announced 2019 Summer Scholarship Endowment Funding is now available

The endowment provides scholarship funding for health professionals from both the physical and social sciences. The Board Certification and Credentialing Program is offered online in two cycles. There are two required courses in each cycle. The summer scholarship award ($450) underwrites the tuition for the second cycle of courses, while funding remains available.

All online courses are self-paced and fellows can complete courses at their own pace. These are graduate level courses and each course takes about 30 hours to complete.

AABC is a Continuing Professional Education Accredited Provider for the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as well as the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
