Caution should be taken before operating:

1.First, confirem where the lost data has been saved.

Please don't copy or save data in where the lost data has been saved.

If you create, copy, delete, save new data after the disappearance, the lost data may be overwritten in a way that covers the data trace,then the previous data will be lost completely.

2.If the lost data is stored in the system partition of the computer,(C drive is the system partition in many cases)

In order to avoid being overwritten by the temporary information that written continually to the system partition,It is recommended that recovering data after removing the hard disk and connecting to another normal personal computer.

Step1: Select recovery mode.

• Files Recovery - Recover data after empting the Recycle Bin, or deleted by mistake without data backup.

• Formatted Recovery - Recover data from formatted partition, SD card etc.

• Partition Recovery - Recover data after you accidentally deleted or changed the partition.

• Image Creation - If the device is unstable physically, make a copy of the target disk / SD card, then recover data from the copy of disk.

Step2: Select the location where you want to recover, and then scan.

Select Fast Scan or Deep Scan , then click "Next".

Setting in the Advanced Settings Window, then click "Next".

・Default Settings - If you are not familiar with the system, please select the default setting.

・Customized Settings - You can choose the type of file you are looking for and select a cluster size of the disk you want to find.

Step3: Select the data you want to recover after a preview of data , and then recover.

By double-clicking, you can ensure that the file is damaged or not. When you set the thumbnail mode, you can see a schematic representation of the file.

When you enter the part of the file name or file name in the file filter, you can search for files.

But the method to confirm contents with each folder to take out a file thoroughly is recommend because a file name may disappear.

Click the "Recover" to display the window . Select a directory to save files , then recover it.

Caution: 1.It is not possible to recover data to place where the data lost.If there is only C drive in your PC, please save the data that has been recovered in an external hard drive.

2.Free version can recover the data of 20MB. Purchase of license is required to recover data without restriction.
