Dr. Michael (Mike) Ferrante's, of UCLA Medical Center, lawyers, Adam Cain and Scott Robinson, told Dr. Margaret Aranda in the presence of Judge Ouderkirck, who said nothing and failed to admonish these corrupt attorneys for suggesting anyone commit perjury and fraud she was told she should pretend she was still disabled from past injury at the Veteran's Administration, so she could have income. These attorneys were suggesting Dr. Margaret commit perjury to extort money from the government. Perjury and extortion are not held in high regard or encouraged by the government in fact, they tend to get a little pissed and angry, as they should. Dr. Margaret refused to commit perjury and cheat the government, as suggested by these dishonest and corrupt attorneys.
Attorney Adam Cain told Dr. Margaret, We don't even know if there was ever a car accident." This mindless statement was made while he had firsthand knowledge of the police report of the accident, insurance report information on the accident, photos of the totaled vehicle, and Dr. Margaret's medical records.
Dr. Mike in an effort to diminish Dr. Margaret, his wife's standing within the medical community, fabricated unfounded lie Dr. Margaret was diagnosed with bipolar disorder." He spread this lie far and wide like it was Hot News just off the Press to diminish Dr. Margaret standing and status within the Medical Community to promote his actions and behavior.
Back on 28 April 2006, there was a terrible auto accident. The petite Dr. Margaret Aranda, a well known and a prominent local anesthesiologist, was severely injured when her vehicle was broadsided and totaled by a woman who was trying to keep her take-out food from spilling.
Dr. Margaret received serious injury to her brain and body. She was eventually admitted to the hospital, where she tried to recover and get back on her feet for 6 agonizing months. When she was finally discharged from the hospital, she still had migraines, imbalance, vomiting, and fainting episodes. Dr. Margaret was in excruciating pain, despite the fact the hospital doctors could not tell her what was wrong with her physically. To help Dr. Margaret deal with her pain, doctors prescribed tons of extremely strong narcotic pain medications: DDAVP for her pituitary injury, midodrine to raise her blood pressure, and ondansetron to stop the vomiting.
Months turned into years, visiting doctors' office and ERs; Dr. Margaret finally received the diagnoses she had suffered: traumatic brain injury (TBI) with diabetes insipidus (DI), dysautonomia, vertebral artery dissection with an aneurysm, and mal de Debarquement Syndrome, which explained the constant sea sickness symptoms these are conditions most doctors and people couldn't even pronounce, let alone try to spell them.
During one of Dr. Margaret's many hospital stays, she was supposedly being examined by a neurologist, Dr. Peter Lorber, who failed to catch her when she lost her balance and fell onto a hardwood floor. This led to a 2nd TBI with DI, a left rotator cuff tear, and left forearm chronic pain (CRPS).
In 2011, her husband, the prominent UCLA Dr. Michael (Mike) Ferrante realized he had lost his trophy Baby Doll" beauty, he use to parade around on his arm. In an effort to remove and eliminate his newly acquired millstone, he wanted and tried to put his injured, petite wife away in a Psychiatric Institution.
In 2011, Dr. Margaret filed for divorce.
An arbitration judge was assigned to the case and it was the retired Judge John W. Ouderkirck, of West Los Angeles, CA. Arbitration judges just like sitting judges are supposed to be neutral, fair, impartial, and honest, according to California Law. They are supposed to deal with ONLY the facts in the case and NOT be biased toward one party
Attorney Adam Cain and Judge Ouderkirck have interpreted Dr. Margaret's medical records. By doing so, they have practicing medicine without a license, which is a violation of California Law. As if practicing medicine without a license is not enough, they have taken away Dr. Margaret's God given right as well as her Constitutional Right (the Bill of Rights Fourth Amendment) to look, to see, and to review her own medical records (her papers") and those of her child.
