When asked about the reasons behind creating this event, the host of the event, Robbe Hardnette said:

"We want to be on the cutting edge of the new music industries so we're doing our part to usher the industry here in Vancouver. The conference is design to give fans and artist all the tools need to become an artist and earning income as a fan or artist."

The conference will be consist of live training during the day time. Training will be provided by Robbe Hardnette and a variety of Music Industry Veterans. Artists will learn a range of skills from proper breathing techniques to how to have a positive stage presence.

During the evening selected members attending the conference will perform in front of a live audience. The music extravaganza will feature a selection of new undiscovered artists as well as veteran music artists. Robbe Harnette says "Giving the new artist the opportunity to perform along side of seasoned professionals is a key part of the new artists learning process. All of the artists will participate in the production and set up of the show. This type of hands on experience is hard to get for most independent music artists.
