San Diego, CA - What do RAP music, Energy Efficiency and Real Estate have in common? This video…
With California in the middle of a historic drought many concerned citizens across the state are doing their part to reduce waste and increase efficiency in water and energy consumption. Rafael A. Perez, also known as the “R.A.P. Realtor” took his message to another level with his recent YouTube RAP video intended to educate the next generation of home buyers about low waste and drought tolerant, energy-efficient homes. Perez hopes that the video will get the message out to would-be homebuyers about more sustainable ways of buying or owning a home. The video uses RAP music to offer up ideas on how to purchase energy-efficient homes as well as encourage homeowners to waste less, recycle more and conserve water.
Two years prior, as California’s housing market was emerging from the recession, Realtor® Rafael Alberto Perez received global attention for his Real Estate RAP “Welcome home 619” , where he infamously rapped about Home Ownership, the Foreclosure Crisis, Community Activism, and more. The cringe-worthy real-estate RAP video with a catchy beat was featured on local news stations , the Huffington Post , AdWeek , TruTV World’s Dumbest , RayWilliam Johnson and more.
Perez’s newest video is already producing rave reviews:
“I just learned about an Energy Efficient Mortgage in the best possible way. Damn you terrible rapping for making me want to buy a house lol! Well played Rafael A. Perez! Best thing I've seen all day!”-Martin Moreno, San Diego
