The oyster is called the “Milk of the Sea” due to its low calories and nutritional calcium and protein content, making it a great winter delicacy. The Dining Room offers fresh-shucked oysters on ice, served with yuzu ponzu, mignonette, sour red-pepper paste and cocktail sauce, which arePark Hyatt® Busan’s exclusive sauce. Other promotion dishes include oyster misoyaki, which is a perfect soup in the cold winter, oyster okonomiyaki, and fried oysters.
With fabulous night views of Gwangan Bridge and Yacht Marina, Living Room offers an oyster set menu featuring fresh-shucked oysters perfectly paired with Louis Roederer champagne.
Dining Room’s oyster promotion menu is available from 1 – 31 December and is priced à la carte starting at KRW 25,000. The price for Living Room’s à la carte fresh oyster platter starts at KRW 25,000.
