When asked about the inspiration for his latest work, the artist said, "I am originally from West Africa but I lived in Paris and now in London. My music is inspired by the many cultures as well as memories and experiences I feel is only best to put in my music and not in conversation with family and friends.

He further remarked, I am trying to create a moment of limbo with my music to the listener, a moment of which provides you something that gets you through a day good or bad one.
