Scream Park California, the major producer of California Halloween events, announced on Thursday after a victorious round of funding in the Silicon Valley that they will be producing two major Halloween events in Northern California this October 2014. The additional funding came from notorious Bay Area millionaire Polanco, a long-time backer of Scream Park California and other major events. Boasting the new two million dollar investment of capital, Scream Park California claims to now be producing “arguably the most elaborate, most colossal Halloween events on the west coast.”

Scream Park California’s events will open in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area on October 4th 2014 and will be open on most nights in October from 7pm to late. You can find a complete schedule of dates and times on their website.

Said production manager Andrew Raymond, “Scream Park California has been built on the vision to revolutionize the horror event industry. Currently, the industry consists of slapped-together fairground carnivals that seem to disappoint year after year.” Raymond explains that this is why Scream Park California has been hugely successful in recent years. “Scream Park California is refreshing in that it combines all aspects of Halloween to produce an absolutely colossal event geared only for adults.” Scream Park California’s events include the combination of numerous R-Rated haunted houses and live music concerts in rock, metal, EDM, punk, and indie genres. The jet-fuel investment will be used to power both of Scream Park California’s locations in an attempt to “conquer the Halloween event industry in Northern California.”
