Nuqul Group’s FINE in Dubai has been recently granted the recognition from Aon Hewitt to be among the best 15 Employers in the Middle East. The study was published in June by Arabian Business magazine and it acknowledged the best employers covering the Middle East region while bringing in a variety of employers in different sectors and fields.
On this occasion the CEO of Nuqul Group’s Fine Hygienic Holding, Salim Karadsheh stated: “Nuqul Group’s direction towards fostering the environment of our “internal customer”, the employee, has always been a strategic focus. Our General Standard Manual directs our efforts and all our business units in Jordan and abroad are committed to implementing the approach while ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.”
Karadsheh added: “Nuqul Group’s code of conduct places top priority on the highest standards related to ethical performance and equal opportunities for all employees in the FINE business units and other investments related to Nuqul Group across the markets that we are present in. We will continue to raise the benchmark to maintain our competitive edge regarding work management systems and effective internal channels that gather feedback from our employees represented by our organizational health survey that is conducted on a regular basis.”
It is worth mentioning that Nuqul Group was among the first signatories to join the UN Global Compact initiative in 2007, a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles (http://www.unglobalcompact.org/AboutTheGC/TheTenPrinciple...) in the areas of human rights (http://www.unglobalcompact.org/AboutTheGC/TheTenPrinciple...), labor, environment and anti-corruption. Nuqul Group also works closely with relevant reputable entities such as the Ministry of Labor to implement women engendering and empowerment activities among others. Fine Dubai has won the Arabian Business prestigious award for the third consecutive time.
