NEW YORK, NY, January 19, 2025 - Nitin Ajmera has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. In addition to his main objectives at Moore Holdings LLC, Mr. Ajmera has served as the Chair of Parliament of the World's Religions (PoWR) since 2021. During his tenure, he has assisted the Board of PoWR in executing a digital convention in 2021 along with an in-person convening in Chicago in August of 2023 celebrating 130 years of the birth of the interfaith movement in 1893. The Chicago convening was attended by more than 8,000 people and celebrated the theme of "Call to Conscience, Defending Freedom and Human Rights." In addition, Mr. Ajmera has served as an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University in Philadelphia since 2018. Teaching within the school of business, he shares his wealth of knowledge with aspiring professionals. Mr. Ajmera is responsible for designing and facilitating coursework for his section of ECON 201: Principle of Microeconomics.

Leveraging many years of former success, Mr. Ajmera was the chief financial officer at New TSI Holdings Inc. from 2020 to 2022. This followed his tenure at Town Sports International, where he worked his way up from director of accounting to senior director of accounting, vice president of accounting and shared services, senior vice president, and chief accounting officer between 2008 and 2020. Mr. Ajmera's earlier career included positions as the director of business support services at Schenker from 1997 to 2008, strategic planning and marketing director at Janson International in 1997, and management trainee at Malvika Steels Limited in 1995.Mr. Ajmera's most notable achievement occurred at Town Sports International when the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. His efforts convinced stakeholders of the company's potential, ultimately saving many jobs and preserving an iconic New York brand. This accomplishment is a testament to Mr. Ajmera's dedication and skill in navigating complex financial challenges.

In preparation for his career, Mr. Ajmera obtained a Bachelor of Science in physics from Delhi University in 1993, a postgraduate diploma in business management from Birla Institute of Management Technology in 1995, and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management information systems from Drexel University in 1997. Additionally, he received credentials as a certified public accountant through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 2019.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Ajmera is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including AICPA, Financial Executives International, and the Financial Executives Networking Group. Beyond his professional affiliations, he is deeply involved in civic associations. He has contributed to podcast recordings for The Interfaith Center of New York since 2016, has been an advisor to the School of Economics at Drexel University since 2016, and has chaired as the President of Jain Center of America in NY in 2014-2015.

Mr. Ajmera's contributions have earned him recognition, including Outstanding Finance Leadership Awards from various nonprofit organizations.
