The owner, Carole Brookes, is passionate about her family business, and had the website developed so that both current and potentially new customers could access a “one-stop-shop” that answered all the various questions they may have, 24*7, 365 days a year.
SATRA trained Carole said “Most customers come to us due to word-of-mouth recommendations from their friends, family or work colleagues but of course it’s natural to do your homework and compare one company against another. We have such a wide variety of customers – individuals, guest houses, nursing homes, pubs, clubs, offices and factories etc and they all have their own specific requirements and reasons for seeking help with “wash, dry and iron” chores.
So we wanted to provide a tool which customers could use to compare service, price, availability etc and at the same time underline the excellent quality of our work. We like to think some of our professionalism, work ethic and personality comes across on the website and of course it offers the visitor lots of different ways they can contact us – from phone and email to an online form and social media!”
