The adjustable steel prop is composed of four parts: an inner tube, an outer tube, a prop nut, and a Base plate. According to the thread type, it can be divided into external thread steel prop and internal thread steel prop.

As an adjustable steel prop manufacturer, the design and processing of it are very flexible. According to the needs of the project, different steel pipe diameters, wall thicknesses, and telescopic heights of adjustable steel props can be processed and produced to achieve the maximum material saving. Adjustable steel shoring prop is the ideal substitute product to replace the existing tube and clamp scaffold, cuplock scaffold, and wooden post as the formwork support.

The usage is as follows:

1. Use the handle to rotate the adjusting nut to the lowest position.

2. Insert the upper pipe into the lower pipe to a height close to the required height, and then insert the pin into the adjusting hole above the adjusting nut.

3. Put the adjustable steel support top in the working position, and use the handle to rotate the adjusting nut to have the adjustable support top firmly supported.

Precautions for the use of adjustable steel support:

1. The shoring prop should be placed on flat and strong ground;

2. The adjustable steel prop should be installed vertically, and try to avoid the load; when the adjustable steel prop is used at a height of more than 3.5 meters, it should be fixed with fasteners and two perpendicular or crossed steel pipes.
