FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Nov. 25, 2019 - Integrative Medical Centers Holdings, Inc. (IMC) announced today that the company has completed the acquisition of Greenacres Chiropractic & Massage Therapy in Florida's prestigious Lake Worth area of Palm Beach County. Former owners, Dr. Rick Hodish and Dr. Karen Hodish have been practicing in South Palm Beach County since 1982, and have created a successful clinical center with a large patient base. Drs. Hodish will continue to see patients at the practice for a 12-month transition period, during which time IMC will place the right chiropractors and other practitioners into the practice for its continued growth.
Dr. Hodish will be joined by IMC Chiropractor, Larry A Hawkins, DC. Dr. Hawkins has been practicing in Florida since 2003, and is trained in the state-of-the-art Activator Method, a treatment approach that provides higher clinical effectiveness with the gentle force of a hand-held instrument.
IMC will also begin offering acupuncture services with Oriental Medicine Specialist, Johanna Rico, and will continue to support the robust Massage Therapy clientele at Greenacres Chiropractic.
"We are very pleased to build on the solid foundation that the Drs. Hodish have created in this practice," stated Dr. John DeLuca, IMC Medical Director. "They have built a tremendous practice with a wonderful staff and a loyal patient base. We will add more Integrative services and continue their level of personal patient attention that has made this practice so successful."
