Our company is located in Zhengding County, Heibei Province, close to Shijiazhuang airport, near the Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway, 240Km away from Beijing, and 350km away from Tianjin Port. We enjoy predominant geography position and convenient traffic facilities.
Our company covers an area of 45000 square meters, and has one sealed cooked Food Workshop, with an area of 2800 square meters. Our company produces 10 tons of cooked products each day, and has One Quick Frozen Fruits and Vegetables Processing Workshop, with an area of 1800 square meters. The Processing Workshop can produce 12 tons of Q.F. fruits and vegetables a day. We have One comprehensive workshop for processing wheaten food, fruits and vegetables, with an area of 1580 square meters; One researching and developing workshop for new products, which has one set of complete researching facilities; Three fresh storage warehouses, which can store 3500 tons of products; and One microorganism and physical/chemical analysis Laboratory, which has advanced apparatus and testing equipment. In addition, our company also has a demonstrating park for planting fruits and vegetables with the name of Shijiazhuang Huikang Lv Zhi Yuan which occupies an area of 108mu, and the total investment amount is 20 million RMB. As for the vegetable bases, we mainly introduce, plant, promote, produce and purchase excellent fruits and vegetables (such as yellow onion, Kuroda tomokawa carrot, etc.), providing high-quality raw materials as well.
Our company can produce 3500 tons of wheaten food products (such as dumplings, wonton, wet skin of tofu, etc.) and the fruit and vegetable products (such as onions, potatoes, carrots, kiwi fruits, strawberries, etc.) each year, and can produce 4000 tons of frozen flavoring meat products and cooked food each year. The products are exported to Japan, America, Australia and other countries and regions. Our products take a large share in the domestic market.
Our company has obtained the license for heat-processed meat and our products have derived from cloven-hoofed animals stipulated by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan since 2001. Our company acquired ISO9001 certificate in 2002 and HACCP certificate in 2003. Our company has established Good Manufacturing Practice and Sanitation Standard Operation Procedure, processed products in accordance with the requirement of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, and formed a complete quality safety inspection and supervision system, so as to assure that the products can meet the relative quality standard of exporting foodstuff.
