Approved by the State Economic and Trade Commission, Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agriculture Co., Ltd. was founded by Heilongjiang Beidahuang Group, with headquarters in Harbin Economic Development Zone, consisting of 16 agriculture branch companies and Haolianghe Fertilizer Company. We are also the parent and shareholder of Beidahuang Grains Co., Ltd. and Beidahuang Papermaking Co., Ltd.
As the largest and the most modernized public agricultural company in China, Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agriculture Co., Ltd. has 624,000 hectares of cultivated land and 240,000 hectares of reclaimable land, annually producing 2.6 million tons of rice, 0.25 million tons of soybeans, 0.15 million tons of wheat, 1 million tons of corn and about 0.17 million tons of other grains, cash crops and organic products. Benefiting from the industrialization, our corporation produces and sells refined rice, rice bran oil, brewing melt, urea, methanol and cultural paper.
By investing 50 million RMB, Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agriculture Co., Ltd. registered a wholly-owned subsidiary, Beidahuang Xinya Economic and Trade co., Ltd. (Economic & Trade Company for short), to give full play of the resource, technology, management and system of our corporation in production, process and sale of the farm products and relative industrial products, as well as to set up a new integrated distribution channel at home and abroad. Economic & Trade Company is in charge of purchasing, storing, transporting, and selling the farm goods; planning, allocating and renting the means of production of our parent corporation; performing as a platform and bridge for the cooperation between our parent corporation and customers. Our business scope covers purchasing the cereals, selling corn, beans, potatoes, feeds, flax and other kinds of oil and industrial crops; selling rice, wheat flour, food oil, fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, eggs, aquatic products, seasonings and beverage; operating construction materials, fertilizers, farm sheeting and farming machines; importing and exporting the cereals, feeds, food plant oil, vegetables, fruits, processed nuts (operated only by branches) and other farm products.
Our company would like to fulfill the customers' demand by the approaches of specialization and market orientation. The resource of our company can be reorganized and restructured to make better use of our strength, enlarge marketing scale and increase our market share. The output of our company each year can reach 2000 thousand tons of paddies, soybeans, barley, wheat, corn, feeds and organic cereals and 500 thousand tons of fertilizers.
