Ningbo Yinzhou Nord Machinery Co., Ltd. is a foundry, specializing in producing vaious machinery accessories. Our company is located at Henxi Town, Yinzhou Distict, Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province, China. We are near to Ningbo Seaport, one of the largest sea port in China. And only 10Km away from Ningbo Airport.

Our main production processes are Lost-wax casting, Lost-foam casting, silica sol casting, sand-casting and Investment-casting. We will use the different production technics according to the requirements of our clients and also the materials and shapes of the products. We also have our won heat-treating and machining workshops.

Our products are mainly used on agricultural machinery, mining equipment, construction machinery, and transportation equipment. Such as Ripper tines,tips for planter; bucket teeth/adapters, sprockets, cutting edges,end bits and grader blades for excavators; wheels, guide couplers,axles of trains and freight wagons, etc.

The materials we often use are common carbon steel, alloy steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, and high-Cr & wear-resistant Iron. We could do according to the GB,ASTM,AISI,DIN,BS standard materials. And we could also cast parts according to the chemical components from our customers.

To control the quality, we use different inspection equipment, such as Spectrometers, Magnetic particle testing machines, Ultrasonic testing equipment, CMM, Tensile equipment and Impact equipment. We have strong capacity in the design of precision castings and have been ISO9000 certified.

Goods are mostly exported to America, Canada, Australia, the UK, South Africa and other countries and regions. Our annual export volume reaches 20000 tons.
