Nanjing YOKOO Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., is established in 1989, and specialized in the cement production line design, technical improvement and manufacturing of main, auxiliary equipments and electric automation equipments.
It has 160 staffs, including 4 senior engineers, 16 engineers and 1 technician. They are experts in machinery, electric, civil construction and cement process etc, with rich practical experience and the capability of R&D. Till now, 6 items of National Patent have been awarded. Our products spread all over 29 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in domestic China and exported to the overseas market such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, South America, etc. gaining widely high praise of clients with high-quality products and good after-sales services.
YOKOO has fixed assets of RMB 50,000,000, and the new factory occupies 40 hectares with construction area 21000m2, 17500m2 of which are for workshop. It is capable of variable means of production including Sheet metal working, welding, metal processing, heat treatment and assembly. It has many heavy-duty equipments including 6.3m,3.5m,1.6m vertical lathe, 6.3m gear hobber, 4*8.5m milling planer, 130 boring miller, 5.2*20m cylinder lathe, 45mm three-roller plate roll, 4.5*15m CNC Automatic Cutting Machine and 6*8m submerged arc welding machine. It has initially possessed manufacturing capacity of heavy-duty machine.
Nanjing Land Foundry Co. Ltd, our subsidiary, 20 million Yuan in fixed assets, is specialized in manufacturing cast steel, cast iron and accessories. It covers a total area of 19.5 acres and has 6000 square meters for building, 5000 square meters of which are for workshop. It owns two sets of 1- ton electric furnaces, one set of 8-ton electric furnace, one set of 10-ton heat-treating furnace and 20t/h production line for automatic processing of resin-bonded sand, etc. It is capable of making unit product no less than 10T and has an annual capacity of 5000 tons.
