Additionally, G II Company does not undertake the production of any new products or lines other than increasing the development for launch.

Training Programs

In order to help employees for their development, the Training Center of G II Company has developed and provided over 200 curriculums covering professional skills, management & leadership, salesmanship, project management, quality management and technique training to satisfy employees of different levels, such as ordinary managing personnel, professional technicians, production managing personnel and medium and high level managing personnel.

To enhance the management skills and leadership of managers of all levels, training center opens up EMBA for senior management, and implements training and development plan for high potential staff members of middle management as well as courses for junior managers. Tocata also shares global training resources with us and sends employees abroad with potential for development. These projects include finance management training and engineering skills training.
