Chang Fernost Handel GmbH was established in 2010 as a general trade company. Its shareholders are Chinese business people who have been living and working in Germany for many
years already. The company's activities concentrate around two main areas: On the one hand, we act as representative for industrial products. On the other hand, we trade in
consumer electronics.
With regard to the representation of industrial clients, our main focus is pumps and valves manufactures by Asian manufacturers. Our services allow the manufacturers to expand
their presence in an additional market. For our European clients, we offer services and customer care without a time difference and in their native language.
With regard to consumer products, we mainly sell digital products and energy solutions (solar powered products, LED-based products and battery technology). We set European
quality standards and establish long-term relationships with the manufacturers whose products we sell. This allows us to offer consumers high quality products as consistently
competitive prices. Our distribution channels include all major German sales platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.) as well as our own website. By offering quality tested products at
realistic prices, we have gained the confidence of consumers and are respected by other market participants, both in the B2C and B2B sectors.
Chang Fernost Handel GmbH puts the demands and requests of our client first. Everything we offer is based on customer requirements. We believe that satisfied customers are the
basis of what we do. As a technology-oriented enterprise, all our suppliers are subjected to rigorous quality testing. We only market products by manufacturers having
successfully completed several levels of quality testing. When partnering with a supplier, we do not simply enter into an exchange of orders and deliveries, but we work together
with our suppliers to develop products and solutions meeting our clients' needs. Working together yields long term, sustainable growth for all parties involved.
We also are a 'green' enterprise. In developing our company, we place a lot of emphasis on the protection of the environment and the preservation of natural resources.
