Xi'an Haosen Precision Casting Co., Ltd.is a subsidiary of Xi'an Huanyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. From 2008 till present, Haosen has been mainly dealing export business on behalf of Huanyu. Haosen will have our own factory in 2011. The new factory is located in Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-Tech Industrial Base Zone which is 50 kilometers away from the center of Xi'an, and 60 kilometers away from Xi'an Xianyang international airport. Our total investment is 10 Million RMB. The new factory is about 109mu (7.3 hectares) including a machinery plant, a casting workshop, a CNC workshop, a tooling workshop, an administration building, a technology development center, a testing Lab and supporting facilities. Our annual productive capacity reaches 3,000 pieces of casting parts, 200,000 pieces of steam turbine blades, 300,000 pieces of instrument & valve casting products, and 1,000 sets of tooling products.
Xi'an Huanyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 1988, located in the North of Xi'an, is a special precision investment casting and machining enterprise. Our company covers 15000 square meters, with buildings covering 8500 square meters. Our company's fixed assets are 35 million RMB. There are 60 experienced technical and management personnel in Huanyu.
Huanyu was certified by ISO9001:2000 in 2001 and already obtained PED certificate from TUV. Lean Manufacture and 6S management systems have been effectively adopted for production management; Usage of the ERP system leaded Huanyu to become a quick response modernized manufacturer; and OEC system was also an administration form taken into implementation in 2005.
There are two investment casting production lines, including 4 imported and 5 local wax injection machines, 2 intermediate frequency furnaces, 5 shot blasting machines, 2 heat treatment furnaces, and a set of acid picking and passivation line. Good production line makes qualified product. Our annual capacity of investment casting is 1000 tons, including 100,000pcs of steam turbine blades. Nowadays, Huanyu has got the high-density range of measuring tools, including ARL spectrometer which was imported from Switzerland, X-ray machine, fluorescent penetration test machine, CMM, chemical lab and universal mechanical property test machine with a total expense of RMB 100,000.
Our company already has certain business on four industrial products, and they are steam turbine blades, industrial instruments, industrial valves and impellers. We have established long term cooperation with over 30 well-known enterprises in China and abroad such as Rosemont, ABB, Danfos and others, enjoying high reputation in instrument industry and steam turbine industry. Our products are exported to the USA, French, Germany, Singapore, Denmark, Russia, and other countries and regions.
