Our current product lineup mainly includes standard card (CR80), die cut card, contact IC card, RFID card & tag, e-cash and various kind of contactless products which are widely
used in many consumption fields, such as shopping, medical, Industrial, education, transportation, logistics and fields need secure identification.
In addition to PVC material, ABS, PET, PETG and other environmental-friendly materials are also available to meet customers' needs as we devote ourselves to green material
production.
Our plant covers nearly 3000 square meters and equipped with advanced mechanical and labor resources. We have obtained ISO9001:2008 certificate under the effort of our
efficiently management on each production process.
In 2012, we brought in Heidelberg SM52 four color printing machines based on 2 Heidelberg GTO printing machine which greatly improved our production volume. Production for PVC
card increase from 800 million pieces to 1500 million pieces a month while smart card from 300 million pieces to 500 million pieces a month. We also brought in high-precision
auto welding machine and auto mounter machine to improve quality on RFID card & tags and other contactless encapsulate product and to shorten production lead-time.
