In order to control quality and be perfect, we have built up a responsibility system in each process from choosing fabric, cutting, and sewing to packing. Our technicians will work out accurate consumption of fabric for specific product before bulk production by means of CAD typesetting and plotting. It can avoid unnecessary waste of fabric so as to minimize client's cost.
On the material of fabric, our company makes it on the request of clients by using high-tech woven equipment introduced from Singapore.
On the material of waistband, our company has imported high-tech ribbon machines from Italy and uses imported highly elastic rubber yarn to guarantee high durability.
On those two aspects, we have already solved price difference caused by out purchasing and made our price more competitive. Beside, we make fabric and waistband according to clients' actual demands.
