For our factory, it's 50KM away from Shantou city(Shantou port), and 300KM away from Shenzhen city(Shenzhen port). We set up this factory in our hometown, because we can have a
big advantage as following: 1. low rent cost: we built the factory ourself, and only $1000 for land rent per year, but if in Shenzhen city, it's $120000 per year at least for
the rent cost with 2000 square meters. 2. In our home town, the workers' salary is lower than in Shenzhen city, so, we have price advantage.
