Established in 1976, Shanghai Shenfa Casting Co., Ltd. was formerly the affiliated plant of Shanghai Machine Tool Foundry Works No.1, located at Song Jiang, which is the biggest satellite town of Shanghai and is on the city belt of Shanghai-Hangzhou.

Shenfa is specializing in manufacturing medium and big-sized castings and some small foundry parts, with complete processes of casting, pattern making and machining.

Through more than thirty years of development, our company has more than 200 employees, including 10 technicians, 5 professionals with medium-grade titles and 2 with senior-grade titles. Our capital assets are 20million RMB. There is one advanced production line of resin sand process, which has one continuous sand mixer of 20T/h, 10T/h & 5T/h for each type.

The annual production capacity is 8,000 tons. We have the capability of casting ductile iron with grade from QT400-15 to QT800-2, and all types of grey iron. The biggest weight of single part reaches 40 tons. Our product portfolio covers heavy equipment, ocean engineering equipment, new energy equipment and machinery parts. Our main reference customers are Shanghai Machine Tool Works Co., Ltd., Shanghai Heavy Duty Machine Tool Works Co., Ltd., Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd., Zhenjiang CME Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chun Zu Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. and others.

In 2007, Shanghai Shenfa Casting Co., Ltd. was certified with ISO9001:2000 certificate. In addition, our company was DNV, ABS and BV certified in 2009. With our professional teams, strict management and top-grade equipment, we are delivering products with Shen Fa Brand with a good reputation.
