A. Powder coating Test equipment, testing the quality of the powder, making sure the color does not fade in 3to 5 years.
B. High temperature aging test room, examining if the control panel functions normally in the high temperature environment.
C. Low temperature, humidity aging cabinet, examining if the control panel functions normally under the low temperature circumstances.
D. Tin stove, welding the control board and electronic parts all by ourselves.

1) To improve production efficiency, our company brings in Japanese Amada Fully automatic CNC punch press,CNC cutting bed,CNC bending machine,CNC EDM,Lathe,Milling,Electrostatic
spraying , Injection line equipments and so on.
2) With 4 Production lines, we have at least 4-5 workers each line.
3) We have the capacity to produce more than 500 sets barrier each month.
