In 2006, HongKong Kingdom International Enterprises Limited signed the Investment Contract with Nan'an Government, and invested RMB300 million to build a professional aluminum profiles production base-Pengtu (Fujian) Industry Co., Ltd. which was soon listed as the important foreign investment project of Nan'an in the same year. We are also a modern industry corporation, combining aluminum profile design, R&D, production, sales, and service together. We mainly produce various kinds of "Pengtu" and "Minlong" brands aluminum profiles. The annual production value is up to over RMB one billion.
Presently, Pengtu has 6, 000sqm standard workshops, 5, 600sqm office buildings, and 7, 000sqm staff dormitory and subsidiary buildings. Moreover, our company has attained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification. Our company has been attaching so much importance to talents educational training since the establishment, and has formulated thorough and detailed educational and training programs for all the staff. The company brings in many advanced aluminum profiles production equipment, including 3 sets of 660T extruding machines, 2 sets of 1, 000T extruding machines, and 2 sets of 1, 600T extruding machines. Our company also has 2 anodizing and electrophoresis process lines with annual output up to 26, 000 tons, and 2 powder coated production lines with yearly output of 9, 000 tons. Moreover, the corporation is also equipped with a wide range of advanced aluminum profiles testing measurement equipment, such as German spike direct-reading spectrometer, universal tensile testing machine, Vickers, and so on. The more important thing is that the technology R&D center with several well-qualified scientific talents has been set up to satisfy various requirements of customers.
