Our company has different sets of machining equipment, including 9-meter single-armed planers, 6-meter gantry planers, 6m * 2.3m CNC gantry milling machines, 8-meter single-armed rails, 6-meter gantry rail grinders, M1463 universal grinding machines (processing diameter is 630mm), TXP6113 boring machines, and horizontal lathes with the diameter of 1m. The maximum lifting capacity of cranes is 20t, the height of the crane rails is 9m, the length of the assembly plants is 84 meters, and the width is 18 meters.

HMC63 Horizontal Machining Centers are the latest series of CNC machine tools, adopting the switching tables, and the spindle power performance is good. They are widely used in automobile, motorcycle, die, engine, aerospace, general machinery and other industries.
Since 1979, our company has accumulated rich experience in the friction welding machine production, manufacturing and research. By introducing German KUKA's advanced production technology of the friction welding machines, our technical level is close to the internationally advanced level. We have capabilities to produce the continuous-drive and inertia-drive friction welding machines with less than 2000Kn forging force and phase welding machines as well as radial welding machines.
In recent years, our newly developed products have obtained the national, provincial and municipal Scientific and Technological Progress awards; national, provincial and municipal key new product awards; and the excellent new product awards. In 2000, we developed C-50/63A-J friction welding machines, which got the National Key New Product Award in 2002. In 2006, we developed China's first C-125B-J automatic friction welding machine, put into utilization in Shanghai Baosteel. In 2006, we also developed CS-12-J-type double phase friction welding machines, which have been sold to Singapore and got praises from users. Friction welding machines adopt CNC systems and can also meet precise positioning requirements in welding.
