Chengdu Eastern Electric Power Line Component Factory was established in 1984 with registered capital of RMB 53.6 million. After 24 years, our company invested RMB 120 million in building a new plant in Xindu Industrial (East) Zone in Chengdu North New Town which is the beautiful land of abundance. Our new factory was put into operation in April 2009. Covering an area of 69,200 square meters, our factory boasts of the designed annual output of 80,000 and an annual sales income of over RMB 500 million. Our factory is a joint stock enterprise engaged in professional production of hot galvanized steel, iron accessories, components of transformer substation and steel pipe poles of tower transmission line and series of communications tower.
We have 520 employees, including 22 medium-grade or senior technicians and over 200 skilled workers. We possess 12 advanced automatic production lines of iron tower numerical control profiled bars, plates punching and drilling, 4 semi-automatic production lines and hydraulic bending press in 12m long which can satisfy production of various steel pipe poles and straight stitch pipes. In the newly-built hot dip galvanizing production line, galvanizing pot is 12.5m in length, 1.6m in width and 1.8m in depth whose advanced producing technology by adopting ceramic material is constant temperature and stable and in long service life to ensure galvanization quality of products and customers' needs. Perfect testing apparatus and analysis ability can meet the requirements of shock test of 750KV iron tower and X-ray NDT of weld assembly. Advanced iron tower setting out software TOWER MANUFACTURING ASSISTANT makes setting out of iron tower more correct and accurate. Tower cranes and lorry-mounted cranes are equipped in broad tower trial yard where more than one tower model can be tested simultaneously.
Our enterprise has been awarded certificates such as the manufacturing licenses for 750KV transmission line iron tower and series communication tower as well as 500KV transformer station bracing frame and 220KV steel pipe poles. For the sake of ensuring stability of product quality, our factory entrusts Sichuan Institute of Product Quality Supervision & Inspection to conduct supervision and random inspection for our products and our products are proved to be in conformity with national standard GB/T2694-2003. Our factory was entitled with ISO9000 Quality Management System in 1998 and passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System in Nov. 2009.
Our factory is selected as Advanced Enterprise of Sichuan province or Chengdu, Backbone Enterprise of Chengdu, Contract Abiding & Trustworthy Enterprise and "AAA" Class Credit Enterprise of Sichuan Province and Civilized Unit of Chengdu. Our products have been widely applied to energy sources, traffic, communication, electric power plant and other fields and are sold well in provinces and districts of Southwest, Northwest and North China and enter international market of Southeast Asia.
