Founded in 1997, Rugao City Shuangma Chemical Co., Ltd. is the first subsidiary of Shuangma Group. Pt. Dua Kuda Indonesia is located in the Bonded Area of Jakarta and was founded in 2006 under the approval of Chinese Ministry of Commerce with a total investment of 7.8 million US dollars. Our company covers an area of over 43,000sqm, and the designed production capability is 100,000 tons annually. By the end of 2007, this company launched the pilot production and all the hydrogenated palm oil and palm wax meet the international standards. Now, the company's annual sales revenue is 150 million US dollars. The successful launching and operation of the Pt. Dua Kuda Indonesia marks the first step to the international market of Rugao City Shuangma Chemical Co., Ltd., signifies the transition of the enterprise from material-oriented to resource development, and furthers the progress of the company.
Nantong Xinbang Chemical Co., Ltd. which covers an area of 227,000sqm was established in 2003. We have more than 100 employees, including 20 with middle or senior professional titles. Our company is located in Rugao Port Petrochemical Development Zone, and enjoys convenient transportation. We specialize in manufacturing and selling rubber auxiliary series products. At present, our annual output of diphenylamine is 8000MT, and various stearate products reach 5000MT. All of these products have attained ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification. Our products are widely used in petroleum chemical, daily-use chemical, latex, textile, medicine and metallurgy. They enjoy a high reputation in both domestic and overseas markets. In addition, we have also set up offices and sales sub companies in Shenyang, Tianjin and Shanghai.
