Guangzhou Panyu Kangda Board Co., Ltd. is located in Panyu, Guangzhou in the Pearl River Delta, enjoying convenient land, sea and air transportation. We are one of the leading manufacturers for multi-layer engineered flooring and plywood.
Established in 1982, we have developed from a small decorative furniture factory to a large manufacturing base of plywood and engineered wood flooring, covering an area of 80,000 square meters, with 500 employees. With the most advanced equipment from Italy, Germany and Japan, our monthly output of plywood and engineered wood flooring has reached 15,000 cubic meters and 60,000 square meters respectively.
We have passed the ISO9001:2008 Certification, CARB phase2, FLOOR SCORE and FSC product Certification, GB/T19001-2000 Quality System Certification, the Environmental Symbol Production Certification and the National Accreditation Standard CTA Supervision. By adopting the advanced American and German standards, we have high quality products.
To guarantee the quality of every aspect, our products are produced with the most advanced production techniques and are tested by the most exquisite equipment. Before any raw material comes to our plant, it will be strictly checked to ensure good quality. Afterwards, the raw material samples will be sent to the laboratory for the physical and chemical character testing. Finally, an inspection of the randomly-chosen samples is carried out before the delivery of the goods. We have won a good reputation among customers with good quality, competitive prices and advanced techniques since our establishment.
In 2007, Kangda invested millions of Yuan in the plant expansion and equipment upgrade in order to enlarge the output (capacity) of plywood. To guarantee production quality, the Japanese high-tech circumrotate-cutter and the advanced German dryer machine have been introduced into the production line. Kangda now has 16 sets of advanced core jointer equipment, using exotic and industrial glue to ensure the stability of the product. Kangda is capable to serve the clients individually according to each client's requirement. All the finished products will be strictly tested in our` own laboratory and then its samples will be sent to the National Department of quality and technology supervision in order to verify the interior testing results. All products from Kangda conform to the Chinese GB/T9846-2004 standards and the Japanese JAS standards.
Kangda has been working and researching lumber and related products for twenty-six years, thus incomparable insights and analysis of timber's process have been accumulated, making Kangda always gain the most advanced technology and techniques in this field.
