Our company was established in 2003 in Wuxi City, China. We have specialized in manufacturing machinable glass ceramic (MGC) for more than ten years!
Machinable glass ceramic is a white ceramic-liked material. It is a combination of fluorophlogopite mica and borosilicate glass. It can be machined into complex shapes and precision sizes with just normal cutting tools, i.e. high speed steel tools. No post firing is required thus fast turnaround is available.
Machining processes like sawing, turning, milling, drilling, tapping, grinding and polishing can be performed with ease.
We provide rods, bars, sheets and finished components according to customers' drawings.
