Established in 1998, Wuxi Putian Iron Core Co., Ltd. specializes in electric transformer iron core manufacture.

Putian Iron Core is the first pioneer in this field in China. After years of efforts, Putian Iron Core has been generally recognized by national transformer manufacturers. We are on the way to become a competitive international supplier. Every month we can sell 2,500-3,000 tons of iron cores, and we have a market share of 10% in China. The material we use is cold-oriented silicon steel sheets from Wuhan Steel (China); Posco Steel; Nippon Steel; NLMK Steel.

We have advanced processing equipment: Qiyuan Longtidunal Cutting Lines - 1,250mm and 1,000mm (Chinese brand); Qiyuan Transversal Cutting Lines - 600mm, 400mm, and 400mm (Chinese brand); Georg Transversal Cutting Lines - 600mm ; 400mm; 300mm (German brand). So, we have total 8 transversal cutting lines and 3 longtidunal cutting lines.

Wuxi Putian has a wide range of products; we can provide various material cold oriented silicon steel sheets, lamination, and structures from the simplest series to the extremely complex series. We offer cast air-immersed iron cores, oil immersed iron cores and 220kv main transformer iron cores.

The iron cores are packed with the most appropriate method. The assembly line is composed of professional lamination tables, and the workers accurately and fast laminate the cut pieces of each level together according to the instruction of the planning assignment. The technical parameter must be tested after the lamination of iron cores is completed.

The quality of final products is in strict accordance with the technical parameter on the order, and the experienced technicians and quality management personnel will check and carefully test the goods.

We got ISO9001:2000 quality control system certification in 2008 and ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2007.
