Since establishment in 1996, the scale of Zhejiang Changxing Juyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. has been getting larger and larger. We offer products from low to medium class to high class. Our company has become a high-tech enterprise that can produce and process large-scale industrial products of steam turbines in the northern side of Zhejiang. We have been listed as a member of Zhejiang Mechanical Engineering Society. Based on this, our company also has strengthened cooperation with Energy Engineering Collage of Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd and Harbin Steam Turbine Plant Ltd.
We are a specialized enterprise manufacturing and processing power station steam turbines and high-tech power-generating parts, turbine rotors, exhaust tanks and vapor locks with high accuracy. We produce 197pcs of Siemens NK63/71/0 600,000 feed pump rotors, 1000000KW feed pump steam turbines and the rotors of blade grooves. We have succeeded in cooperating with Kato engineering Inc. We also have rotors (750000KW) for export, in which the rotors of 27500KW are the products for our navy. The production technology and techniques of the rotors are in the forefront of the world. Our company has taken over the orders of high and middle pressure and low pressure rotors of 250000KW and 500000KW of BHEL India, and this project has been highly appreciated. We also undertake the machining project of high and middle pressure and low pressure rotors, such as 50000KW, 135000KW, 200000KW and 300000KW types, and also process the rotors of blade grooves for Harbin Steam Turbine Plant Ltd.
We have large numerically controlled horizontal-type lathes and numerically controlled boring machines and have over 50 units of universal devices, which can produce various large-scale equipment parts and high-precision products. We also have all classes of professional and tech talents who can operate the numerical control equipment. Recently, we have also obtained good credit. We have passed ISO9000:2000 certification in company management and quality control and applied the 5S management system. We were identified as "Key Industrial Enterprise" by people's government of Changxing in 2007 and 2008.
Our factory occupies more than 81.178 mu production area with a total investment of 210 million Yuan. The building of our workshop covers an area of 18,670 square meters with the crane capacity of 100T. Our office building covers an area of 5,820 square meters. Now 25 sets of CNC 840D machinery have been purchased. The Siemens technology can lead us to higher production capacity. We hope to offer steam turbines to customers at home and abroad.
