Innobiz both discovers (when products exist but aren't adapted to the market) and creates new ideas via close collaboration with our clients to design attractive products. Here is our method, whether for industrial designing-producing, or simply for designing.
It is a proven fact: there is a direct cause and effect relationship between your development and your ability to innovate.
The Innobiz method

Phase 1 : the Innodea book, plenty of attractive product ideas (ideas that sell)

Here, our goal is to give you new ideas (and therefore, imagine new products) to help you sell better or increase your sales.
Our team travels worldwide, picks up new trends, and enhances a notebook of ideas, baptized the "Innodea" book.
We also take advantage of the opportunity to identify new industrial partners as well. According to your field of research, we offer different, innovating ideas. Our goal is to stimulate new ideas that meet your market price expectations.

Our design ideas are always well thought-out, innovative and efficient and include new options that truly bring extra value to the final product. We take great liberty in our designing concepts, but always respect marketing and productivity criteria.

Phase 2 : you choose an idea

After a meeting around the Innodea book, an idea is chosen. It will then be re-studied and a few variants will again be presented (shape, materials, function).
The project will then be clearly defined: its shape, the chosen materials, and the products function or functions.
Phase 3 : From the virtual to the real prototype

After 3D modelling, computer and electronic conception, Innobiz provides you with two life-sized prototypes.
The shape prototype: our powerful 3D software automatically generates a document sent to China (the documents confidentiality and protection is legally contracted) in order to make a quick prototype. The object is to better assess the products volume, its degree of attractiveness and its compatibility with its environment.
The functional prototype: the result of both the electronic conceptions work and the computer assisted development that rules the products functions.

These two prototypes help establish a more concrete idea of the final product so that you can evaluate its environmental comfort and function(s).The project is then modified or validated. The next step is getting everything organised and launching the production of the products different parts.

Phase 4: From the prototype to the industrialized product

We produce the mould, validate the electronic card and the micro software that governs the products functions.
Our Shenzhen office takes up the relay to work closely with different suppliers, chosen specifically by us (today, more than 70 factories work for Innobiz).
Our team orchestrates each service provider and organises the components assembly and their packaging.

Phase 5 : Tests &: Technical controls

During the development phase, we integrate your requests in respect to industrial standard regulations. These will be essential for putting your product on the market. De facto, all our product parts respect environmental standards.

Phase 6 : conception, production and packaging and documentation print-outs

On demand, Innobiz draws-up instruction manuals and designs adapted packaging solutions which are appropriate for the products transport. Our teams can also ensure any printing and shaping of the final packaging.
