Shaanxi Zhongxing Casting & Forging Co,. Ltd, established in July 1997, is the largest private foundry in northwest China specializing in operating steel castings, ductile iron castings, alloy iron castings and forging parts. Our company covers nearly 40000 square meters, with the factory workshop of 12,000 square meters. We are able to produce molten steel more than 800 tons and steel castings more than 500 tons per month.
Our company's employees are mostly former large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises' elites. Among them, 14 engineers for casting, 5 engineers for metal smelting, 3 economic research fellows, 3 accountants. All of them have their own unique skills.
Our company has all the necessary equipments for producing, testing and machining casting parts and forging parts. Manufacturing equipments:one 10-ton electric arc furnace, two 1.5- ton medium frequency induction furnaces.Heat treatment equipments: CMQL2M coal gas generator, 3mX6mX3.2m heat treatment furnace, 5mX8.5mX3.2m heat treatment furnace, and 4mX6mX5m quenching pool.Testing equipments: QQ-2B full automatic carbon-sulfur determinator for wet analysis, grating spectrophotometer, vertical CSC analyzer, magnetic particle testing detector and ultrasonic testing detector. Machining equipments:130-boring machine,4M Vertical Lathe,4M Milling Machine.5M Horizontal Lathe,80 Radial Drilling Machine and so on.The total amount is more than 20.We also have a 4mX5mX6m shot blast chamber.
Our products are mainly used in the fields as: heavy machinery, engineering machinery, construction machinery, general machinery, iron and steel metallurgy, petrochemical industry, energy industry, power, pump & valve industry, water treatment and so on. Such as ingot mold, cinder ladle and anode yoke for aluminum industry; stainless steel impeller blade, runners' upper crown and lower band for hydropower industry; Turbine shell, valve body for thermal power industry; Turbine hub for wind power; Gear, riding wheel for cement industry and large stainless steel decarburization pump body for Petroleum industry.
