Taizhou LIDI Decoration Material Co., Ltd. was set up in 1997, producing decorative lines, pinch plates and cement bricks. In July 2008, Taizhou Alpha Buidling Material Co., Ltd. was set up, mainly researching and producing "alpffa" marblized fiber cement boards. Our company is located in the east of China, Taizhou. Our company is very close to the Taizhou airport and Yong-Tai-Wen Expressway. The area of our factory is about 20,000 square meters. After 2-year research, our own products were launched in May 2010. We have 5 production lines and our capacity has achieved 2,000 pieces every day.
Currently, our marketing strategy is to search for exclusive distributors in every single city. We have about 100 exclusive distributors in the domestic market so far. "Alpffa" boards have gained national patent with the number of 201020110775.1.
"Alpffa" boards use high pressure fiber cement boards as substrates, with some special treatment of UV paint on the surface. The main composition of substrates is tobermorite, cement, quartz, and fibrin. Our product has achieved A1 Level of National Fireproof Standard. We get "0" for ASTM E84 test, while "25" is the lowest standard. Meanwhile, the painting surface proves to have no fume when it is burned. We get "5" for ASTM E84 test, while "25" is the lowest standard. Our products are 100% free of asbestos, formaldehyde or benzene. The standard sizes of our products are 1.22 x 2.44m and 4 x 8 feet. The thickness is 6mm and the weight is 30kg. We have patterns of marble and wooden, both of which achieves 99% degree of simulation. "Alpffa" boards are mainly used as interior wall, partition and ceiling, and they can be installed with aluminum moulding or AB glue. Due to their lightness and high simulation, "alpffa" boards are very easy to install, and an ideal substitute of traditional painting. Compared to marbles, "alpffa" boards have the price advantage. Compared to ceramics, "alpffa" boards have the size advantage. "Alpffa" board is the perfect choice of modern interior decoration.
