Foshan Shunde Himens Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. Established in 1998, our company was previously called Foshan Shunde Mingxin Industrial Co., Ltd. Now, we have been changed to be a trading company.
We have been dedicated to manufacturing and selling body fillers (polyester putty) since 1998. We are committed to providing customers with products of the highest quality. Since we started researching, developing and manufacturing Polyester Putty series in 1998, we have possessed specialized characteristics and professional experience in developing and manufacturing products.
With our expansion, our varieties of products have increased. Our products include all kinds of auto refinishing products such as putty, auto paint, resin and polish.
The area of our factory is about 20,000 square meters and the construction area is about 10,000 square meters. Our office area is more than 1,000 square meters. We started constructing new workshop in 2008.
We have three sets of equipment for resin reaction, which includes one set of equipment with the capacity of 10 tons and two sets of equipment with the capacity of 2 tons. We are able to produce 600 tons of resin per year so that we can fulfill the production needs of putty. We totally have six sets of putty (filler) equipment. Our output can reach 1500 tons per month. We are going to purchase more machines for increasing our production capability after our new workshop is completed.
We employ more than 80 professional staff. Also, the advanced equipment and effective inspection system we've got are good for guaranteeing product quality. In past ten years, we have built up a good cooperative relationship in technology area with many foreign chemical engineers.
Our company is using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for production, sales, purchase, R&D and other cycles which are regarded to be significant. The logistics, capital-flow and information-flow are integrated efficiently. That lowers enterprise cost as well as enhances the core competitiveness of our company. These will finally benefit our customers with high quality products at low price.
Our company has obtained the certificate of ISO9001:2000 and the certificate of 'Honest and Reliable Unit' issued by local government for three years. We are one of the suppliers of the United Nations and also a member of Shunde Dope Chamber of Commerce as well as Shunde Investment Chamber of Commerce.
